The Huntsville Big Spring Chapter meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall of Grace United Methodist Church, 2113 Old Monrovia Road, Huntsville, AL 35806. After announcements and signups, we spend the time stitching. Sometimes we work on our UFOs (UnFinished Objects), have classes in great new designs and techniques, or lectures on such things as finishing or embellishing our projects. Teachers from our local area, from the region, or from far away places are brought in at times to teach us new and exciting pieces. We have had Orna Willis, Michelle Roberts, Kay Stanis, Kimberly Crum, Deborah Wilson of Beau Geste, and many other teachers over the years. All of our members are excited about staying current with new trends in fibers, techniques, and designs. All of us are devoted to our own little niche in needlepoint and enjoying our love of stitching with others. Come join us and share the fun.
